The Shack mission has a creepy feel to it but is not a scary room.
The Shack is truly a one-of-a-kind room, offering a unique experience that sets it apart from other escape rooms. This traditional escape room is designed to push your limits and challenge your problem-solving skills in unexpected ways. You will have exactly one hour to locate the elusive journal and successfully escape the room.
Fans of eerie, creepy themes and an atmospheric setting to match will find this room particularly captivating. Don’t worry, though; while the room has a mysterious vibe, it is not overly scary, but it will certainly keep you on the edge of your seat as you navigate its twists and turns.
The beginnings of the Shack
In 1963 the same day the entire nation mourned the death of a sitting president, 7 boys in south Alabama were on a grand adventure to find confederate gold. 6 of them were never seen again. A shack in coffee county holds all the answers. For over 150 years rumors of lost confederate gold had excited treasure hunters.
Montgomery Alabama, the first capital of the confederate states was home to Leroy Pope Walker the first secretary of War for the confederacy. Near the end of the war Walker was tasked with transporting the gold through Alabama to mobile baby. Documents indicate that the politicians family may have owned that shack.
The Gold never made it!
Some say the boys found their treasure still others think they may have stumbled upon a sinister civil war secret.
Johnny the only knows survivor agreed to share his story. “we were thick as thieves through scouts and school. We had heard the story about the Gold and decided to find it.” “they all went up on the porch one at a time, but none could leave, I couldn’t do anything, so I ran.”

If you’re searching for an escape room based on a mission on not just some lame room that you must escape for no reason, then look no further all of our rooms are based on a mission to recover a relic and return it to “The Broker”. You will have 1 hour to discover the secrets that lie within, solve the clues, and recover the artifact or relic and make it our. Each game is built with a minimum player load of 2 people to make sure that all tasks can be physically accomplished. This room holds up to 8 people but the ideal size of the room is between 4 to 6 players.
